

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Slice the tomato and arrange in a small ovenproof baking pan or dish.
Place the Feta PDO and the bell pepper cut into pieces on top.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with oregano and a pinch of freshly ground pepper.
Bake for 15–20 minutes until the feta is soft, allowing it to release its aromas.
